Customer: I'm calling about my order. Your BOGO promo didn't apply, and now you want me to return perfect glasses and reorder? CS Rep: I apologize for the promo issue. Our policy for adjustments requires a return and reorder. Customer: These glasses are correct! You admitted your mistake. Just credit my card. CS Rep: Our system doesn't allow a direct partial credit for promo errors. We can send a prepaid return label. Customer: This is utterly ridiculous.
